Pay In Person

For your convenience, in-person payment drop boxes and pay stations are located throughout our service area. You can pay your bill at one of the locations listed below.

  • No cash payments are accepted at these locations.
  • Enclose your billing statement and your check or money order in the pre-addressed envelope provided.

Pay Station Locations

To find a pay station location, enter your address on the Western Union location finder.

  • To send a payment through a Pay Station, you will need the following information:
    • Your 10-digit Idaho Power account number (bring a copy of your most recent Idaho Power bill).
    • Your phone number (for your Western Union profile and to access your account).
  • Pay stations have a maximum payment amount of $5,000.
    • If the amount you are paying exceeds this amount, you may need to make multiple payments.
  • Pay stations accept cash payments only.
  • All payments take two to five business days to process.
  • If you’re making a payment to reconnect service, or in response to a reminder or disconnect notice, contact Idaho Power at 208-388-2323 or 1-800-488-6151 with your payment receipt number to ensure continued service.
